## Minicanvas

The minicanvas is an adaptation from [Ash Maurya’s](https://leanstack.com/leancanvas)
Lean Canvas. I made 2 key changes to the original:

 * I only kept the key product areas: problem, segments, solution, unique value 
   proposition
 * I rearranged and renamed some of the areas to better help users of the canvas
   enter the information they need to validate their product.

Why I made this version? Because while working with product managers, business stakeholders
and entrepreneurs I found that they had difficulty entering the information they
needed in order to validate product hypothesis.

of the Minicanvas that I mention in the article “Tool Disease”.
