Last March I had the honor of being invited to talk at the IxDA chapter in Munich, Germany. I presented my talk “No ROI, no Design”, which I had presented a few months ago at a conference in Argentina. The talk is about the importance of designers to be mindful of the business needs -as well as the user needs in the design process.

It was great meeting so many colleagues and finding that no matter which country or continent, we face very similar challenges.
